Your license key was emailed to you immediately after purchase. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from us. You can also log in to your account on our site to retrieve it any time.

Common causes: (1) typo in the key — copy-paste exactly from your email, (2) license already used on max sites — deactivate it on an old site first, (3) firewall blocking activation request — temporarily disable security plugins and retry. If still stuck, send us your license key and we’ll look into it.

Check: (1) coupon status is “Active” (not draft), (2) start/end dates are valid, (3) you’ve used the correct shortcode with right attributes — see our shortcode docs. Clear any caching plugin if you have one.
